Vince and Chelle Caruso of Caruso’s Sandwich and Artisan Pizza bring “Daily Fresh” to the northwest sandwich and pizza scene. They share their love for their business, as well as the journey that got them to three restaurants in the Coeur d’Alene and Spokane areas. At Caruso’s you will never find yourself being disappointed with stale, or old ingredients. Every morning the crew at Caruso’s are up before the roosters crow baking bread, cutting veggies, and preparing for your lunch and dinner.
Not only are the Caruso’s changing the game in the sandwich and pizza industry in the Inland Northwest, but they are also very conscious and caring for their community. They support local business in the purchase of their ingredients. They donate the bread that doesn’t get used within 24 hours to the local food banks. They have created sock fundraisers.
