Tom Latham, Co-Owner of Republic Kitchen and Taphouse takes us on the journey that he and his co founders have gone through to start the northwest style pub in Post Falls. With the help of his brother Mark and later teaming up with one of the best chefs around Adam Hegsted they have hit the ground running with Republic Kitchen and Taphouse. Tom shares with us how they brought their vision to life, and hacked knowledge of Adam to bring him on board to help succeed as neither Tom or Mark had experience in running a restaurant or pub.
