Colleen Lopez of Colleen Lopez Events sits down with Cole and shows why she is the premier event planner in the Inland Northwest.She has some incredible insights on life, and comes with a deep history of working in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She was once the fine dining manager at Beverly’s, but followed her heart and quit to go on a 2 month honeymoon excursion with her husband. In fact they both quit their jobs with no idea what her next endeavor would be until one of her childhood friends called her in a panic about her wedding day. That’s when she stepped up to the plate and offered to be her point of person the day of her wedding. It was the response from her friend when she exclaimed “you know people will actually pay you to do that” when she had the AHA moment and started her business the next day.
